Our favorite part was the Canadian civility, hospitality, and good nature. The journey on the Rocky Mountaineer was incredible, with incomparable wilderness, wildlife and nature. We had great food and hotel accommodations throughout. The Fresh Tracks staff were extraordinary in their knowledge, professionalism and customer service.

Fresh Tracks was truly amazing

I was taken care of like royalty. The views were beyond remarkable and awe-inspiring. I truly did not have to think of anything because Fresh Tracks did so much preliminary planning. The whole trip was very enjoyable

The whole trip was very enjoyable. The additional tours that were arranged were mostly exceptional. Fresh Tracks were, and continue to be, very helpful. Our experience was excellent.

I loved working with the Fresh Tracks staff. Their knowledge of all things Canada is fantastic. They listen to what I wanted in my holiday and then make that happen! There were so many things I loved. The absolutely best part was my visit to Bella Coola and Tweedsmuir Lodge to see the Grizzly Bears catch salmon, I wish I could have stayed an additional night. Vancouver Island was great – the quirky accommodations chosen for me were beautiful: The Hummingbird Inn at Port Alberni was very spacious and pretty. Seachart Lodge was a great place to relax. All inclusive with meals made it very easy! The Resort in Tofino was very classy, and I had great views of the surf beach from my balcony. The Seine Inn at Alert Bay was so quaint. If the people of Alert bay realise their dream to re-gentrify the main street, it will be spectacular to visit in years to come, it was such a cute little place to visit, a little bit like a place where time has stood still for a while. But Tweedsmuir was hands down the holiday highlight. The accommodation was perfect and the meals were divine! The opportunities to see the grizzlies were well planned and plentiful.
