We just got back from our trip – it was beyond spectacular. What scenery! And everything worked out well. The hotel in Calgary was a disappointment. We just got back from our trip – it was beyond spectacular. What scenery! And everything worked out well. The hotel in Calgary was a disappointment. The location was perfect, but the bathroom was miniscule, the windows looked like they had not been cleaned in years. It was a 2 star only. I would say the hotel in Banff was adequate however it was 1 mile walk to downtown which was ok but it would have been nice to be a little closer. Other than that, the train was wonderful, the Stampede great and we had a terrific time.

We did not want to come home

We had an amazing time. We did not want to come home, and in fact are thinking about moving over as we liked it so much! We had an amazing time. We did not want to come home, and in fact are thinking about moving over as we liked it so much! The Fairmont hotels we just unbelievable, we regretted not staying in more of them! They gave us free upgrades, champagne, chocolates and they were so helpful. There was a bit of a problem with a flat tire on the car, but it looks like they have under-charged us for the one way drop off fee by about $150 CAD so I wasn’t going to follow it up in case they figured it out. We will certainly pass on your details to anyone who is coming over, and we will be in touch if we can afford to come back for our anniversary. The Fairmont Palliser said they would give us a complementary Penthouse suite upgrade! Thanks again for all your help.

Our trip was wonderful! We were so pleased and surprised that LaVern (and the rest of us) had special transportation help. She only had to get up the stairs on the large buses a few times. Our trip was wonderful! We were so pleased and surprised that LaVern (and the rest of us) had special transportation help. She only had to get up the stairs on the large buses a few times. We both got upgraded at Lake Louise. Roger and I were in a Jr. suite that faced the mountains! It was huge and had a livingroom with a dining corner. Oh, to be rich enough to always live like that! The lakes were absolutely beautiful and the weather was perfect on the trip. The few showers were while we were on the bus. Banff had 6 inches of snow the week before we were there, but it was high 70’s for us. Thank you so much for making the trip so very special for us.

A lifetime worth of memories

WOW, was the common word my wife and I kept saying – we had a wonderful trip. Thank you for all your help, the hotels where fantastic except for Kamloops which now we see this was just a destination point. Overall, we had a great time knowing what I know now I would have maybe skipped Vancouver and spent more time in Jasper, Lake Louise and Banff. The last three stopping points where the most beautiful sceneries we have ever seen. Thanks again for all your help and I will highly recommend you and your company in the future.
