We had a GREAT trip. I really could not pick which area I liked the best – they were all so different, yet equally beautiful in their own ways. Vancouver had so many things to do and see, the Hop-on Hop- off Trolley worked great. Enjoyed Stanley Park, Chinatown, Gastown and the Bay cruise was beautiful (food was excellent). The Sutton Place – WOW – what’s not to like. The Rocky Mountaineer was exceptional: Silverleaf service worked great for us as we liked the flexibility to get up and down when we wanted; service was excellent (Blaine and Bernardo were a hoot!); could not ask for better food. Jasper was fun and we liked that our hotel (the Sawridge) was close enough to walk to town. Lake Louise had absolutely breathtaking views. The Fairmont was very classic and beautiful – although a little too stiff for my taste, it was VERY nice. Banff was better as we liked the Rimrock very much (rooms were larger, less formal). Loved the tours – so glad we were on the smaller vehicles and groups, it allowed us to spend more time at stops, had a picnic by the river and enjoy our drivers more. The only driver that was a little disappointing was a man in Jasper – he was from France and the sound system was bad so was very hard to understand at times. All the pick-ups were good and mostly on time (except for Jasper which was 30 min late). The boat ride to Maligne Lake, the all-terrain vehicle to the glacier and the gondola in Banff were all added highlights to an already beautiful experience. I have already recommended Fresh Tracks and this trip to several people and would not hesitate to use your expertise or company again. THANK YOU for all your help and making our vacation one I will always remember.

Just what we wanted

Our trip was great, everything worked perfectly. Pickups, vouchers, hotels, transports, etc. The room at Lake Louise was absolutely perfect, just what we wanted! Thank you again for putting our trip together as we wanted. We only wished we had another week to explore the Canadian Rockies.

Neat restaurant and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed all of your inn pics and especially the Seawind Landing in Charlos Cove. Surprised by their gourmet breakfast and dinner at such a remote outpost. What a BEAUTIFUL location. By the way, David said that the “pre-reservations for dinner” are no longer necessary. Plus the Cabot Trail is SPECTACULAR… what else can I say. Really appreciated your responsiveness on our initial leg disaster. Thanks for being there and the impressive service. Our bags finally caught up to us at the Pownal in Charlottetown, PEI on the third day. Not many wanted to sit close to us, even though the hotel provided toiletries… LOL. The airline experience is another story. WOW, what a debacle. Thanks again for a job well done and we would certainly recommend Fresh Tracks.

Just opened (received it 2 days ago) my packet of vouchers and such. What a wonderful packet – so organized, with maps and all sorts of extra and helpful information. Such a fantastic company to do business with. Fresh Tracks travel agents really deliver – knowledgeable and helpful and friendly – something that is certainly lacking when planning a trip on your own through the internet! My husband and I are both extremely excited about starting our adventure, knowing that all the details we find tedious have been taken care of with the utmost care. (And have been organized so well that we know exactly what to expect when, when to tip, when to leave the hotel, when to call the tour companies, etc.) Thank you again for all your help and suggestions and timely response to all my inquiries. We are looking forward to every aspect of the trip – high on the list is our tasting-tour in Quebec.
