The trip you helped us plan was delightful. Thank you so much for the meticulous planning of our itinerary. Each step had been thought through with appropriate support. It was almost magical to see each day reveal itself exactly as described in the itinerary, even to the amount of driving time between stops. We loved Québec in every way, including the wonderful Hotel 71. The train ride was great fun, then we discovered each day another facet of Atlantic Canada. You were right in predicting that we would love the people in that part of your beautiful country. They were friendly and helpful and seemed personally pleased to know that we were enjoying our holiday. Driving around Nova Scotia and Prince Edward’s Island was easy (thanks for the maps, by the way) and we got to see spectacular coastal areas as well as charming country villages. We had great accommodations everywhere, with the possible exception of the Auberge Doucet in Cheticamp. This inn was not of the same quality as the others where we stayed, but it was not horrible, and we would not have wanted to miss this part of Cape Breton. You can tell that we had a great time, ate lots of delicious seafood, practiced our French, and learned so much. If there is one thing I would suggest for improvement it would be to ensure each accommodation has the ability to assist with luggage. Only Hotel 71 and The Great George had elevators, and in nearly every other place we had to struggle our bags up several flights of stairs to reach our rooms. For two seniors one of whom is a bit infirm, this was work. The very kind limousine driver in Halifax who delivered us from the train station insisted on helping there. Just a suggestion… So again, many, many thanks. We will surely brag about our trip to anyone who will listen, and we’ll recommend your services to all.

We had a fantastic trip! We loved all 3 cities and all the tours were terrific. Everything went very smoothly, thank you so much! Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was great. We had a fantastic trip! We loved all 3 cities and all the tours were terrific. Everything went very smoothly, thank you so much! Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was great. We ate at the Auberge Bonaparte and had the 6 course tasting menu which was great. Other highlights for food were Matto & Bistro du Cap in Québec City and Bicycle Thief and McKelvie’s in Halifax. We also went to a lot of galleries and it was fun for me to see what artists are doing in other parts of the world. All of the hotels were great too – very comfortable beds and pillows, clean, lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. We did a lot of walking and Mike did extremely well. We both came home feeling very healthy. Thank you again for all your help and for making our trip so special!

An experience not to be missed

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give our trip a 12 plus! It’s an experience not to be missed. We didn’t have one ‘glitch’, service was more then what we could have asked for and accommodations were perfect. You did a fantastic job and should be commended.
